Who we are

Street Digital Group runs website and email security checkups for small businesses in South Florida. You can reach us through the Help Line at HelpMe@streetdigitalgroup.com.

What we collect

When you email us, we get what you send: usually your name, your business name, your domain, and your message.

For paid work, we also keep the findings and notes about your systems that come out of the checkup.

What we don’t collect

This site has no accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no ads.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep basic server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. Email sent to us is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox.

The free snapshot

The free snapshot uses only public information about a domain, such as DNS records, certificates, and what the website shows to any visitor.

How we use your information

We use it only to reply to you, do the work you asked for, and send you the report.

We don’t sell it or share it with anyone, except when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep reports and notes for as long as we work together, plus up to 2 years after. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.

Security

We treat findings as confidential. We share them only with the business owner or someone they authorize.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing HelpMe@streetdigitalgroup.com. We reply within 48 hours. We’ll never ask for your password, login codes, or payment details by email.

Children

Our service is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
