FAQ

Short answers for busy owners. Tap a question to expand.

What does “outside-in” mean?

We review what the public internet already exposes about your website and email setup — DNS, certificates, HTTP responses, and similar public records — not your private files or staff accounts.

Does the free snapshot touch our systems?

No. It does not log into your site, email, or computers. It does not try to “hack” you.

What do we need to provide?

Your name, business name, reply email, and the website / domain to review. Optional notes help if something is unusual.

How long does it take?

Free snapshots are meant to be quick. We guarantee a Help Line reply within 48 hours.

When is written permission required?

Anytime work goes beyond public outside-in checks — for example deeper testing. We will not do that without written permission and a clear scope.

What happens with our data?

We use your contact details and domain to prepare the snapshot and reply. We do not sell your information. This marketing site does not use trackers.

Can you work with our IT person or MSP?

Yes. The report is written so an IT partner can act on it with you.

Where do you work?

South Florida focus: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Remote public review works elsewhere too.
